Our team performed work on all windows, precast, masonry, mechanical and a parking garage over a period of 18 months. The team was hired during Phase 3 to seamlessly take over for a company that was no longer in business. Our team had approximately 30 crew members onsite with 14 swing scaffolds set up simultaneously to complete exterior work on the 35 floors of residential and mechanical, plus the parking decks below.
