The Armor team takes extra steps to ensure the safety of its team and its clients while working on active job sites. To uphold the company’s safety standards, Armor employees a full-time safety director and has an internal safety committee to review new means and methods for performing work.
In addition to weekly Toolbox Talks, the team regularly takes part in masonry-specific safety training, including:
- Special condition training
- Silica exposure training
- Confined space training
- Suspended swing rigging and inspection
- State and Federal clearances
- COVID awareness training
All field staff receive OSHA 10 training and certification, with superintendents, foreman and executive staff receiving OSHA 30 certification.
